President & Chair - Stephanie Stevens-Khan

Stephanie is an experienced Wisconsin notary and business owner dedicated to elevating professional standards and supporting notaries across the state. As President & Chair, she leads the strategic vision, development, and statewide mission of Notaries of Wisconsin. She oversees organizational structure, guides the leadership team, and ensures that standards, education, and community support remain strong and accessible to all members.

With a focus on professional excellence, community engagement, and support for Wisconsin notaries, Stephanie brings over a decade of banking experience and leadership in Business Resource Groups. She combines business expertise with a passion for mentorship and entrepreneurship, founding her own business, SSK Notary Services, LLC, in 2023. In addition to building a growing team, she focuses on developing innovative solutions for clients and notaries alike, actively sharing her knowledge through educational events, mentorship, and free community services.

Education & Events and Communications & Marketing Chair - Kitty Johnson

Kitty Johnson is a dedicated notarial professional, educator, and association leader with more than two decades of experience supporting entrepreneurs, organizations, and professional communities. She brings a strong commitment to integrity, accuracy, and public service to every aspect of her work. As the founder of Big Frog Focus, Kitty serves clients across Wisconsin and beyond by providing notary services, educational resources, and community-building initiatives rooted in clarity, precision, and care.

A seasoned educator and business development professional, Kitty is known for her practical, plain-language teaching style and her ability to create engaging learning environments that encourage collaboration and thoughtful growth. She has supported hundreds of founders and professionals in launching and evolving their work with an emphasis on ethical decision-making and sustainable practices.

As Education & Events Chair and Communications & Marketing Chair for Notaries of Wisconsin, Kitty champions accessible education, thoughtful programming, and strategic communication that strengthen professionalism and public trust statewide.

Treasurer & Membership Chair - Josh Peterson

Josh is a trusted Notary Public and a leading provider of mobile notary services throughout Central Wisconsin. Since 2014, he has completed more than 2,000 notarizations, supporting clients with everything from everyday documents to complex real estate transactions and time-sensitive hospital signings. Known for his attention to detail and strong understanding of state regulations, Josh ensures every notarization is handled accurately, ethically, and with care.

Josh understands that notarizations often happen during important or stressful moments. He approaches each appointment with patience, professionalism, and genuine respect, offering flexible scheduling, same-day appointments, and the convenience of meeting clients wherever they need—at home, work, hospitals, or other locations.

Originally from Wisconsin Rapids, Josh brings deep community roots, clear communication, and dependable service to every client. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, trivia, true-crime shows, and is a proud parent of two grown children.

Executive Advisor (Honorary Role) - Celeste Moore

Celeste is the visionary founder and former president of Wisconsin Notary Network LLC. She established the organization to create a supportive, professional community for notaries across Wisconsin and played a pivotal role in shaping its mission and values.

As Executive Advisor for Notaries of Wisconsin, Celeste’s role is honorary and consultative, providing historical perspective and guidance as requested. While she now takes a step back from daily operations and events, her vision and dedication laid the foundation for the organization’s continued growth and success. This role ensures that the leadership transition honors her contributions and preserves the legacy of the community she built.
